Safarian Rugs offers pickup and delivery services subject to scheduling and availability.

A requested pickup date or time is not guaranteed until confirmed by Safarian Rugs.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate pickup or delivery address and reasonable access to the location.

Same-day or expedited pickup may be available in certain circumstances but is not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed.

6. Turnaround Time

Standard rug cleaning and return is generally expected within approximately 5–7 days, but actual turnaround time may vary depending on:
